Jacbenimble's Corruption

Jacbenimble has been compromised by a viral infestation, and should be considered both agressive and dangerous. The symptoms of his infection include garbled communication (base64 encoded), and erratic and emotional behavior including multiple personality disorder and extreme depression. Contact with him is not believed to spread the virus, but I recommend caution and distance - one of the predominant virii infesting Jac is an assassin program known as 104. All of the information you need to know is available in the reports that he sent to me. I've put them below including his most recent e-mail (decrypted).

[07.11.06] - Update e-mail from Jacbenimble
At 4:00 AM EST an individual came to Tabor Park west called 522. I have recieved many CYPH emails concerning such program. It seems in the email it never explained what to do if we were to meet such program seeing all of it's friends were deleted and that it would probably be deleted soon, too. Well 522 also known as "Fuzzy" is looking for his friends which are still alive. It seems all that take a locating pill in the next 48 hours will be tracked by all of his friends and the people that take the pill will have to shelter and protect his friends- forever. If the person does protect 522's friends the person will gain "Ultimate Power" while 522's friends are still alive. If they some how die or are seperated from the protector the protector will not get to keep the "Ultimate Power" supposedly there is no catch to this but I actually have no idea. Oh and supposedly 522 is related to the Joker in some way. Really beats me. If the picture goes through then yay, if it doesn't you'll have to get one yourself. Anyway here's the profile on 522.
P.S. This Ultimate Power supposedly let's kill Agents. We may just be able to meatwad everything in our path LOL the picture may need to be cropped. I didn't have time to really do anything I just took one got through the lag and sent it. I hope this is what you meant by writing a report. Remember I'm still a noob to this faction.

Jevex [has] not been on alot because that "virus" really screwed him up. We still don't have any information but I'm actually starting to think this has something to do with "Fuzzy"(522). Fuzzy some how "put" a... tracking device in me, seems all of his program friends will find me with the tracking device. Anyway. I'm pretty clueless with Jevex. Right now I'm tracking 522.

129 got in contact with me, letting me know that Jacbenimble had recommended me to work for him. I attempted to feel the offer out, hoping to get some information and leave, but was unable to learn anything beyond what Jac had told me. I left the meeting forcibly, leaving 129 sitting in Tabor Park by himself.

During the Faction meeting, Jac showed up and acted rather ill at times. After the faction meeting, Jac took off to do some more work for Fuzzy and company, taking a few other people with him. Unfortunately, though the power of the pills that he took are well documented (images of multiple agents on the ground), word of how it screws you up is not very well publicized... DON'T TAKE THOSE PILLS!

Jac's latest e-mail to me was in base64, indicating he'd been taken over, and wouldn't have long before he was either irrevocably mentally disabled or dead. "104 has become overly poweful. He's taken over my RSI and diffrent viruses are doing horrible other things... If I ever come on again more than likely it won't be me. 104 is an Assassin subprogram making him stronger than ever before.. be careful..."
Again, Anges - I urge you to be careful around Jac. If any others of you have taken one of those pills from the group he was working with, let me know now so we can prepare to help you with what's going to happen. We'll keep in touch by e-mail.
